Maximum number of Contact Center exception in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice

If you face the following exception while creating Contact Center, delete the unused Contact Center in AWS Console.

We couldn’t create your “Service Cloud Voice ZYX” contact center because you’ve already created the maximum number of contact centers for this region. To move forward, try deleting an existing contact center or requesting a limit increase.

1. Login into AWS Console https://aws.amazon.com/console/.

2. Go to Amazon Connect Instances and delete the unused instances.
