Conversation Blank in Messaging for In-App and Web Setup for Web Chat in Salesforce

If the Conversation screen is not showing to agent or if it is blank, we have to use the Enhanced Conversation Component in the Messaging Session Lightning Record Page.

We should not add Conversation Component. We should add the Enhanced Conversation Component.

For Messaging for In-App and Web, we have to use the Enhanced Conversation component instead of the Conversation component.
