How to set Default Case Status for the cases created from the Salesforce Experience Cloud Contact Support Form?

1. Go to the Experience Cloud Site Builder.

2. Open the Contact Us Page.

3. Click the Contact Support Form. Find the Global Action used.

4. Go to Global Actions in the Salesforce Setup.

5. Open the Action used in the Contact Support Form.

6. Add new predefined value for Status field in the Predefined Field Values Section.
