1 Go to Data –> Mass Transfer Records.

2. Select the object for transferring owner.

Note:
1. To
transfer any records that you do not own, you must have the required
user permissions as well as read sharing access on the records. 

2. Triggers and other processes will be executed.

Sample Trigger:
