How to enable or disable collapsible Side bar in Salesforce?

Go to Setup --> Customize --> User Interface and uncheck or check "Enable Collapsible Sidebar" check box.

    Hi, Is ther any option to remove/disable the collapsible icon only for particular sections?? Please do reply...

    There is another option in page layout "Feed View". Under Feed View there is option named as "Hide Sidebar".
