How to assign a case to a group email id instead of assigning it to queue members?

How to assign a case to a group email id instead of assigning it to queue members?

  1. Go to Setup –> Administration Setup –> Manage Users –> Queues.
  2. Select the Queue.
  3. Set “Queue Email” to the group email.
  4. Uncheck the “Send Email to Members” checkbox.
