How to avoid previous Email content in Salesforce Email To Case?

In the Salesforce “Email-to-Case Settings”, enable “Reply with new content only” to avoid previous Email content in Salesforce Email To Case. It will help in reducing the size of outgoing emails from Salesforce. It exclude the previous thread content in the Email replies.

Advantages of “Reply with new content only”:

  1. Reduces the Email Content Size.
  2. Avoid including previous email chain.
  3. Helps to respond back with blank email content. If we use AI features like Einstein GPT, we can respond with auto-generated content alone in the email replies.
