collaborationAppId from Salesforce Get Swarming Collaboration Tool Settings Flow action will return null if “Select a Collaboration Tool” is not set in Swarming Setup.

To fix the issue, follow the below steps:

1. Go to Swarming in Setup.

2. Set the “Select a Collaboration Tool”.
