The Slack Workspace ID for Token is invalid Exception is thrown when the Workspace Id is incorrect.

In order to fix the issue,

1. Hard code the correct Slack Workspace Id in the Salesforce Flow.

2. Use Slack Workspace Selector Component and reference the selectedWorkspaceId.
