Exception:

Can’t generate the survey invitation because you’re not part of an Experience Cloud site with surveys enabled. Ask your Salesforce admin for help.

Resolution:

User’s Profile should be added to the Experience Cloud Site that is configured to the Survey.

1. Go to Salesforce Setup.
2. Search “Survey Settings” in the Quick Find and select it.
3. Note down the Experience Cloud Site selected on the “Experience Cloud Site” section.
4. Then, search for “All Sites” in the Setup Quick Find and select it.
5. Click on the “Workspaces” link of the Experience Cloud Site used for Survey.
6. Click on “Administration” tile.
7. Click on “Members” on the left navigation pane.
8. Select the affected user’s Profile from the available profiles and click on the “Add” button.
9. Click the “Save” button.
