Salesforce Agentforce Agent from Gmail

hello everyone in this video we are

going to see how to access Salesforce

agent force agent from

Gmail the first prerequisite for this is

we have to set up lightning for Gmail in

Salesforce and next we should have

employee agent force agent in

Salesforce we have to go to lightning

for Gmail and sync settings this is for

classic in Salesforce lightning

experience you have to go to Gmail

integration and sync and then you have

to enable Gmail integration

once this is

enabled you have to add this uh Chrome

extension you have to open your Gmail

account in Chrome browser and then you

have to open the Google Chrome

extension if you are using uh custom

domain then you have to use uh use

custom domain if you are going to use uh

the regular login.salesforce.com

uh then you can directly enter your

username and password and then you

should be able to

login once you are logged in then when

you are on your Gmail you should be able

to access your employee agent force

agent using the Einstein

link let's look at it

so here if you open your

uh

extension so this is the Salesforce

extension once this is opened you should

see

Einstein and then you should be able to

access agent forc employee agent from

your Gmail application or Gmail

so I'm asking I would like to follow up

on my lead and I'm using my name can you

write an email for it so now it will go

and verify whether the email is there

and then it will try to draft an

email okay

so if I use a random lead name and if I

don't have access to that lead record

then it won't generate this email

so make sure you have

uh employee agent force agent so that

from your Gmail you should be able to

access the agent force

you should be able to access agent force
