  1. Hi Team,

Even after creating the import formats and activation, I am not able to get those in the drop down to choose from.

Getting error that "CSV: No active import format available. Please contact your administrator."

    Please help me.

    3. @TDuffy,

Thanks for the help. That did the trick!

I have one more question if you could help me with. The lines to be imported to Quote should already be part of active products with price book entries or completely new products can be imported?

    4. You can upload only standalone products, not product bundles. It should be part of active products for better user experience.

    5. Thank you Magulan for prompt response. Sorry for my late acknowledgement.

So you mean we can still import lines which are not part of active products with in a non-user friendly way?

    6. Yes.That should work. It doesn't check the product's status(Active).

  2. Hi Magulan,

I tried importing products which are not part of the product catalog, then I got the below error.

Error:Unable to find a product (ENGINE9) in the Products DB. Please contact your administrator.

Does this mean we cannot import lines which are not part of the products DB?

    Thanks,
    Raju

    3. Hi, I haven't run into this issue earlier. Looks like, you cannot import without Products in the DB.
