Macros in Salesforce

Macros in Salesforce are used to save repetitive works to run in future.

Using macros, Support Agents can

1. Run bulk macros on multipel records at the same time.

2. Search and attach articles to cases.

3. Post to social networks.

4. Replace field values in a case.

5. Insert Field values into a case.

If the macros search box is empty, the macros list shows users 25 most recently used macros, instead of showing all existing macros.
