1. Go to Setup –> Build –> Create –> Apps.

2. Open the Console App.

3. Click “Customize keyboard shortcuts” link.

4. Click “Edit”.

5. Enable “Keyboard Shortcuts” and click “Save” button.

6. Go to the Console application and click “Show Keyboard Shortcuts”.
