Sales deals that you want to track. Adding opportunities also build your pipeline, which will contribute to your forecast.

Potential revenue-generating event.

Product

Something offered by the company to the customers for a price is called a Product.

Lead

A prospect or potential opportunity.

Information about an individual/organization who is interested in our product.

Case

Description of a customer’s feedback, problem, or question. Use cases to track and solve your customers’ issues.

Solution

The detailed description of a customer issue and the resolution of that issue.


Asset


An asset in Salesforce represents a specific purchased or installed product.
